The company, which has developed a customer service software platform, is seeking professionals in software engineering, design, finance and human resources.
US customer operations company Front, established its Chilean presence in July of last year and already has a team of 24 in Santiago. Their goal is to grow the Santiago hub to over 100 professionals in engineering, design, finance, and human resources, fully integrating it into its global teams within the next three years.
Front has staff in five cities: San Francisco, Chicago, Paris, Dublin, and now Santiago, its first location in Latin America, with more than 300 employees worldwide. “We are making a deliberate bet on Latin America, and Santiago in particular, because of the amazing talent there. Our focus is on building our hub in Santiago.
