In the course of just one decade, Chile has managed to obtain sustainability certification for more than 80% of its wine exports thanks to its Sustainability Code for wine. Chile’s wineries are implementing measures and making substantial changes to their production methods in order to produce the wine of the future.

The holding company, one of the most recognized in Spain, already had investments in Chile. It was founded in 1835 and has 11 wineries, with Tío Pepe and Lepanto Solera Gran Reserva brandy being two of its best-known brands.  

Myconativa, a fungi-based fertilizer that allows plants to absorb a greater amount of water and nutrients and encourage their growth, has signed a partnership with Latin America’s largest wine producer and exporter to continue to validate its products and carry out new tests.
